Terms of Service

AI text reading and data extraction (OCR) from documents through the demo, the dashboard and the API. We may improve, add or change features, and will give notice before changes that significantly affect API integrations.

• Provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be of legal age, or have consent from your legal representative.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.

• Keep API keys secret. Do not embed them in client-side apps or publish them. Requests made with your key are treated as yours.
• You can revoke a key at any time in the dashboard, and should do so immediately if it leaks.
• Test-mode keys do not use credits and return simulated results for integration testing only.

• 1 credit reads 1 page. An image counts as 1 page; a PDF counts by its number of pages.
• New accounts receive 50 free credits.
• If a document cannot be read, the credits for that request are refunded automatically.
• Credit pack prices are in Thai baht and include 7% VAT. Payment is through Stripe by card or PromptPay, and credits are added once the payment succeeds.
• Credits do not expire while your account is active, have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Receipts or tax invoices are issued with the buyer details saved in the dashboard at the time of payment. Please complete them before you buy.
• We may change prices for future purchases; this does not affect credits already bought.

To request a refund, contact us through the channels under "Contact us" with the document number. We review requests case by case. When a refund is made, credits from that purchase are removed in proportion to the amount refunded (never taking the balance below zero). This does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.

You must not:

• send documents you are not entitled to process, or process personal data without a lawful basis under the PDPA
• use the Service for unlawful purposes, document forgery, fraud or to infringe others' rights
• attempt to breach the system, get around rate limits or the free-demo limit, or disrupt the Service for others
• use the free demo with automated tools, or create multiple accounts to collect free credits again

You keep ownership of your documents and the results. You allow us to process documents only to provide the Service to you; the Privacy Policy describes how data is handled. For personal data in documents you are the controller and we are the processor. Contact us if your organisation needs a data processing agreement (DPA).

Results are generated by AI and may be wrong or incomplete, especially for unclear documents. The warnings field flags issues the system detects. Check results before relying on them for legal, financial or identity-verification decisions.

We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted unless a service level agreement (SLA) is agreed in writing. File size, page count and rate limits apply as described in the API documentation and may be adjusted to keep the system stable.

The software, website, trademarks and content of the Service belong to us or our licensors. You receive a right to use the Service under these terms only, and must not reverse engineer or copy it.

• You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account through the channels under "Contact us".
• We may suspend or terminate an account or API key if you breach these terms, misuse the Service or we reasonably suspect fraud. We will tell you why unless the law prevents it or doing so would harm security.
• If an account is terminated for breach, we may not refund remaining credits unless the law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or special damages or loss of profits or data, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to liability arising from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

We may update these terms and show the latest effective date at the top. For material changes we will notify you by email or on the website before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Thai law, and Thai courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
